Anticipating brooding
The need to anticipate the brooding, is often anxious to
see birth weds first time decided by nature.
Another reason is mainly for those who participate in
the exhibitions and the players have already grown and changed regularly,
in order to be in prime shape for
exhibitions.
My choice to anticipate is dictated by practical
needs and is linked to temperatures that raise on the verandah,
especially for the last brooding become too high, creating many problems for
mothers and nestling.
Certainly not advance much trying to find the right balance between the
natural time (early training couples around 15-19 March) and most
appropriate for temperatures from mid May generally rose too
quickly.
To get brooding early, in addition to factor moisture and
temperature, we must also consider the photoperiod.
For photoperiod means the
number of hours of light to which they are exposed canaries.
To get in the canaries must gradually increase the
hours of light up to 14-15 hours per day.
Today there are marketing systems for the
management of lights, not always affordable to all.
I suggest instead a
system a little craft but certainly work.
Materials needed:
3 neon lamps (two lamps aquarium referred to a spectrum
ultraviolet and infrared spectrum to a more normal a
neon)
2 bulbs to glow a sixty and a fifteen
watts
Multitimer or
individual timer
Proceedings
The first ignition lamp 15 followed after a few
minutes (by3
to 5) by 60. After another 3 minutes, the ultraviolet, infrared
and after 3 minutes neon normal.
On the third neon turn off incandescent
lamps. To move inversely sunset.
These lamps, will be used for local mid-sized to
small local instead, choose low-wattage lamps or decrease the
point Maybe choosing lamps full solar
spectrum. Attenzione: non bisogna utilizzare una sola lampada
al neon per evitare l’effetto stroboscopico che la frequenza del gas,
provoca alla vista dei canarini, effetto che si compensa con 2 o piu’
lampade.
Warning: we must not use a single lamp neon to avoid
the strobe effect that the frequency of gas, causing the sight of
canaries, which compensates effect with 2 or more
lamps.
